William Larkin provides audit, review, and compilation financial statements, tax planning, estate planning,financial planning, attestation services, and consulting services to a wide range of industries.

Bill’s client base ranges from the individual to privately held companies with up to annual gross revenues of hundred million dollars.

Prior to joining LOPEZ, TEODOSIO & LARKIN, LLC in 1986, Bill was an audit manager of the Philadelphia office of the international certified public accounting firm Ernst & Young. Bill’s area of specialty was in financial institutions. Bill’s other clients ranged from international publicly held corporations to privately closely held companies.

Peter has over 30 years of accounting, tax and auditing experience. Peter provides consulting, audit, and accounting services to businesses, nonprofits, and municipalities. In addition, Peter has experience in business valuations and has served as an expert witness on litigation cases. Peter joined Lopez, Teodosio, and Larkin, LLC in 1992 and became Partner in 1999.

In his free time Peter enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with his wife Diane, and his three children.

Stephen came to the Firm in January 2007 from Dublin, Ireland. Stephen attended college at Dublin Business School and graduated with an accounting degree and is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) based in the United Kingdom. He is a key part of the firm, specializing in preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals and businesses, international taxation, attestation engagements, and international financial standards.

In his free time, Stephen enjoys spending time with his family and traveling home to Ireland.

Ryan joined LTL in 2009. His experience includes providing diverse accounting, consulting, tax, auditing and attest services serving a multitude of individual, corporate, fiduciary, not-for-profit, and governmental clients. Ryan has also served as an expert witness on litigation cases. Ryan is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his free time, Ryan enjoys traveling and spending time with his wife Grace, daughter Lea and dog Maggie.

Nick joined Lopez, Teodosio, & Larkin in 2013. In his 10+ years in the accounting field, he has established strong relationships with business clients in a variety of industries as well as individual clients. By building rapport and trust, and by seeking to understand his clients’ business, he is able to provide accounting and tax services that help the firm’s clients achieve their objectives.

On each client engagement Nick leverages his breadth and depth of experience to provide the highest quality attest, accounting and tax services, including assistance with payroll taxes, tax return preparation and bookkeeping. His experience spans a range of industries, with a current focus on the real estate, government, and non-profit sector.

Nick is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Kim has over 32 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Before coming to Lopez, Teodosio & Larkin, LLC in 2013, Kim worked at various law firms in Philadelphia. Kim is also a Notary Public and a member of the Pennsylvania Association of Notaries.

In her free time, Kim enjoys spending time with her family including her three pit bulls and reading.

Bill has over 9 years of accounting, auditing, and tax experience and joined Lopez, Teodosio, and Larkin, LLC in 2016. His experience includes preparation of tax returns, assistance with payroll taxes, attestation services, and bookkeeping for a range of industries including businesses, nonprofits, employee benefit plans, and governments.

Bill earned his accounting degree from Penn State University in 2011 and obtained his licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2014. Bill is a member of the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

In his free time, Bill enjoys spending time with family, vacationing down at the Jersey Shore, and attending Penn State Football games.
